Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains which personal data WE RENT S.R.L.S. handles when you browse this website or get in touch with us, why we handle it and what you can do about it.
1Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is WE RENT S.R.L.S., Via Cevo 46, 23010 Civo (SO), Italy. You can reach us about anything related to your data at info@werentsrls.com.
2What data we handle
- Data you send us. When you email us we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write in the message.
- Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting this site may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the visit and pages viewed. We use it only to keep the site working and secure.
- Fonts. This page uses typefaces served by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
3Why we use it
- To answer your requests and discuss a possible collaboration with you.
- To run the website, protect it from misuse and fix technical problems.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations under Italian and EU law.
4Legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interest in running a secure website and replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It may be processed by providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email and IT service providers, acting under our instructions. We may also share it with our accountants and advisers, or with public authorities when the law requires it.
6Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. Data we must keep for tax or accounting reasons is stored for the period required by law, normally ten years. After that it is deleted or made anonymous.
8Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, or you can object to its processing. Just write to info@werentsrls.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
9Updates
We may change this policy over time. The version published here, with its update date, is always the one in force.

This page explains what cookies are and which ones may be used when you visit this website.
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They can be needed to make the site work, to remember your choices, or to measure and track how the site is used.
2Cookies we use
We do not use profiling or advertising cookies on this website, and we have not installed any analytics or marketing tracking tools.
3Technical and third-party services
- WordPress. The platform this site is built on may set strictly necessary technical cookies, for example for security or to keep the site running correctly. These do not require your consent.
- Google Fonts. The fonts on this page are loaded from Google's servers. This sends your IP address to Google but does not set cookies through this page.
4How to control cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) explains how in its help pages. Blocking technical cookies may stop some parts of the site from working properly.
5Future changes
If we start using analytics or advertising tools that set additional cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by Italian and EU law, ask for your consent through a cookie banner before those cookies are used. Questions: info@werentsrls.com.
